K-Lite Former

A non-stick coating applied to the tube eliminates film sticking and makes K-Lite ideal for applications packing salads and frozen foods. The grooves enable water to be dissipated and therefore reduces film drag. The K-Lite is also available with a smooth non stick coat that is designed to reduce friction.

The plates can also be coated with a hygienic, easy wipe non stick coat that dramatically reduces downtime during cleaning. The anti bacterial properties of this FDA approved material prevents the growth of germs whilst the forming set is in use.
